For Prospective New Patients(patients who have not seen Dr. Perkins within the last 3 years)
Dr. Perkins will continue to be open to new patients at the BCH sites
- Dr. Perkins will see new patients at both his Longmont and his Superior locations.
- In the initial 2 to 3 months of opening in his new BCH practice, new patient availability will be limited as his primary focus will be on transitioning care for his established patients.
- After July 13, 2026, you will be able to call his office to schedule a new patient appointment.
Longmont Location
- INTERIM LOCATION (7/13/26 through early 2027): While the BCH Longmont office is being expanded, Dr. Perkins will be seeing his Longmont patients at an interim site at 6685 Gunpark Dr., Suite 110, in the Gunbarrel area. This is approximately 7 miles west on Hwy 119/Diagonal Hwy.
- PERMANENT LOCATION (early 2027): Dr. Perkins will begin seeing patients at the BCH Longmont site at 2101 Ken Pratt Blvd. in early 2027.
- He will see patients Tuesday through Friday at the above locations.
Superior Location
- Beginning July 17, 2026, Dr. Perkins will begin seeing patients at the BCH Superior office, located at
3 Superior Dr., Suite 100B - He will be in the Superior location on alternate Fridays.
